Small coreless generator "UHWG-120"

We provide coreless generators that maximize the efficiency of small wind turbines.

The UHWG-120 is a compact generator designed for small wind and micro-hydropower applications. It features a multi-type structure using rare earth (neodymium) permanent magnets for the magnetic field, combined with optimally shaped coils to generate three-phase alternating voltage. It can efficiently extract power even from low-speed and low-rotation sources. 【Features】 ■ Generates power even from low-speed and low-rotation ■ Extremely thin ■ Rotates smoothly even with weak forces ■ Low maintenance and high durability *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Directly connect to the battery, micro wind coreless generator.

A completely new wind turbine that switches to the optimal mode for battery charging. It increases the voltage to charge in light winds and decreases the voltage in strong winds to avoid damage.

A new proposal for micro wind power generation from Coreless Motor Company. Three-phase AC generators are often chosen as generators due to their high efficiency, and particularly, three-phase coreless AC generators are widely used because they rotate smoothly. In fact, our REG series has been delivered to various customers, but there was one area for improvement. That is, since the rotational speed and output voltage are proportional, the voltage is too low to charge during light winds, and during strong winds, the voltage is too high, which can damage surrounding equipment. To solve this problem, it was necessary to use a control device after rectification to manage the output voltage and power management, but this control device is expensive and significantly increases the initial cost of the wind turbine. Wind turbines with EAT can output a consistent voltage range from light to strong winds, eliminating the need for a power management control device, which greatly contributes to reducing the cost of the power generation system.
